Ordering your Smartcard
Ordering your new card online couldn't be simpler - just follow our step-by-step instructions.
Step 1. Select the duration/amount of the card you would
like from the list opposite.
Step 2. Fill in the form opposite with your details.
Step 3. If the person paying for the card is different
to the person who will be using it, select 'no' and fill in the form. If not, select 'yes' and click next.
Step 4. Autfo top up
Step 4. Check that the amount selected is correct and
fill in your payment details. To go back to the previous screen press the 'Back' button.
Please note the following important points:
Applicants for a SOLO smartcard must be under 19 years of age
Step 5.You will now need to verify your card with your
provider.
